Give Robert Bob the BOOT!! He has only exposed low level corruption, while obtaining contracts with his former bosses and friends. Local companies are being dropped. i.e., The new bus company “First Student”, owned by a British company, has a poor safety record in Indiana, Ohio & Mass., to name a few states, while Safeway has proved to be a solid company with a good safety record. Safeway is being dropped because he has no ties to its owner or employees. Are Bob’s credentials in curriruculum? NO. So why should he consider meddling with curriculum. His decisions in finance raise the question of whose finances is he trying to improve. It looks like his own! His salary from private donors confirm that he is working for private foundations and for-profit schools. Get rid of Bob before he takes everything Detroit has ever had!! No one is opposed to improvement-but be open about it. Replace problems with improvements. Bring back John Porter (former Pres. of EMU)

You’ll be happy to hear that the DFT voted tonight to join the lawsuit against academic control for Bobb and also to call for his resignation. In addition, the DFT will file a complaint against him with the state board of ethics.

John Porter was before my time, so I don’t know if he’s a good replacemnt. Can you share more information about him?
